Welcome to The Workforce Advantage.
If you’ve followed my work at Mission Transition, you know my passion lies in helping those who have served find their footing in the civilian world. Transitioning is more than just swapping a uniform for a suit; it’s about translating a "mission-first" mindset into a "value-added" career.
But as I wrote my book, Workforce Advantage, I realized that the "transition" never truly ends. Whether you are a veteran entering corporate America for the first time or a seasoned professional looking to level up, the modern workforce requires a specific set of tactics to stay ahead.
Why this blog? Why now?
I created this space to serve as the connective tissue between the two pillars of my work:
